Pardell Design uses the most sophisticated digital modeling system in the world to capture sculptural data for use in digital design and digital modeling.  It allows us to look at any model from any angle and at any scale.  The software we use includes the use of a haptic arm which gives us force feedback; allowing us to “feel” the surface of the digital model.  In essence, it brings traditional methods of sculpting in clay into the digital realm.  From this sculpted digital file, the possibilities are endless.  We are then able to import these files into other programs that allow us to design entire installations.  Working with architects and designers, we can illustrate exactly how an artwork will dovetail into a complex project and provide pertinent specification information in the process.
